Delivery Time: Standard domestic delivery within the continental United States typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return under this policy:

Return Requests Outside the 30-Day Period

- Approval of such requests is entirely at Alera Research’s discretion.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match our stated specifications, we will gladly assist. Alera Research will cover return shipping costs if the issue involves:
- Packaging or containers damaged during transit
- Incorrect items received
- Products not meeting stated specifications, confirmed by an independent laboratory
Return requests for damaged or incorrect products must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
